When it comes to our food supply, "what we don’t know" most certainly can hurt us. In September 2018, Ikea (a Swedish multinational) in Hyderabad, India was found guilty of serving substandard food. It was fined by the municipal corporation. The probable reason was the semi cooked food supplied by its vendor was not good. The regulators and Ikea wanted to find the exact reason for the same, to prevent re occurrence.

It is becoming all too apparent that current food safety and quality management systems are simply not designed to detect or sophisticated enough to prevent fraud, or mismanagement occurring in our food chain.

When the customer transacts with the vendor on the loyalty e-wallet platform for the first time, the customer gets an e-Wallet with a balance. Loyalty points for subsequent purchaces gets accured in the e-wallet. This is stored in a shared ledger. Since this ledger is visible to all the stakeholders, customer trusts it. He is assured that his balance is not stolen.

Rewards are credited directly to customer e-wallet and all the rewards can be accessed through crypto wallet.
